Loved the charming ambiance, great pool area, perfect location near transport, and the lovely courtyard for relaxing.
Felt like home, no complaints at all.

The pool area stands out as an oasis, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Convenient access to public transportation made getting around a breeze, taking us to popular destinations without hassle.
Many rooms are dated and don't match the photos seen online, leaving a disappointing impression right from the start. A major issue arose with air conditioning. you can't control it yourself and the temperature felt stale despite the cooler outside conditions. The bathrooms also showed wear and tear, lacking in some basic maintenance, like having hot water consistently available. Additionally, considerable noise from the street crept into the rooms, detracting from a restful night. With the restaurant closed for renovations, dining options felt limited, and waiting for check-in due to room readiness added unnecessary time to our arrival.

Fantastic stay in LA!
We had a lovely week there! The staff were super friendly and our room was clean and comfy. The courtyard was perfect for takeaway dinner. The pool and fitness center were nice surprises. The area has cool spots for food and shops, but the place could use some tender care. Overall, it was a great vibe!

I enjoyed my stay here, especially the nice quiet sauna and the relaxing outdoor pool. The daily breakfast was really good too, but some parts of the hotel could use better soundproofing since I could hear some noise from the street. Overall, I’d definitely recommend checking it out for a comfy stay! 😊

I had an. interesting stay. The room was pretty clean and the beds were decent, but the breakfast. Oh man, let’s just say those omelettes? They weren’t exactly gourmet. They were the same every day. And that chef? He looked like he was cooking with a grudge.
It sure wasn't cheap, but I guess that’s expected when you’re paying for a night, right?

Fantastic staff and great breakfast
I loved my stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Pil, who offered great local recommendations. The breakfast was a standout feature, offering freshly made omelets and a variety of pastries each morning. However, the elevator was quite slow, which at times was a bit frustrating.

The pancake platter at their breakfast was pure magic, and the outdoor pool offered a chill vibe to unwind after exploring the city. Plus, I loved the welcoming ambiance that wrapped around you like a cozy hug.
This hotel has great bones but has seen better days. It’s got some serious wear and tear, and boy, those fees stack up faster than a line at In-N-Out. Don’t forget the missing outlets near the bed, though—charging while Netflixing is a struggle.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We visited Universal Studios and explored Koreatown, both super close. The pool was great, and we felt safe parking the car. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was solid! Would definitely recommend it for a fun group getaway.
We had some trouble with check-in. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and our room keys didn't work at first. It was a hassle having to wait for new keys.
